Refund Conditions
Besuited Aroma WILL offer refunds to all individuals who experience one of the following issues:
- A broken bottle
- A leaking bottle
- A malfunctioning atomizer
- A box without the name of the decant
- An order that takes longer than eight business days to arrive.
- The wrong order (e.g., not the decant you ordered)
- You are so utterly dissatisfied that you’d call it the “worst buying experience of your life”.
- A decant falsely advertised by Besuited Aroma (e.g., our official website and/or social media channels described it as a light summer fragrance when it is a heavy winter fragrance.)
Besuited Aroma WILL NOT offer refunds to individuals for any of the following:
- A bottle was tampered with after arrival at the specified order shipping address. (e.g., removing/damaging the decant atomizer to render it unusable or damage the bottle, resulting in loss of liquid.)
- A decant that you personally don’t enjoy. (e.g., you thought you’d like the fragrance, but based on personal preference, it is not for you.)
- A decant that is perceived differently by your senses than that of any individual representing Besuited Aroma. (e.g., Besuited Aroma describes the fragrance as mostly leather with tobacco. You smell equal amounts of tobacco with leather.)
***It is important to note that not all fragrances are equal between individuals for both smell and performance. Although the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance, we cannot guarantee that you will enjoy all fragrances purchased from Besuited Aroma.
How To Receive a Refund
If you were affected by any of the issues above, you can claim your full money-back guarantee by describing the issue AND taking a picture (if applicable). If the issue is in relation to the package taking longer than eight business days to arrive, you’ve had the worst buying experience of your life, and/or false advertising, a description of the issue is sufficient.
You will send this issue to customer-service@besuitedaroma.com. Please include your first and last name and the order number. The below format will help expedite the process:

BODY TEXT: Your first and last name, description of the issue, and image (if applicable).
We will respond as soon as possible with a message acknowledging that we have received your request. At this point, Besuited Aroma will decide if your issue fits the criteria for a refund based on the criteria outlined on this page.
If the refund is ACCEPTED, we will issue a full refund (including shipping) to the card used to purchase the order. We will NOT issue refunds to any card other than the one used for the purchase.
If the refund is DENIED, we will provide you with the reasoning for the decision. These decisions will be based on and cited from the criteria listed on this page. If you feel your refund request was inappropriately denied, you may refute our decision and request another review.
Refund Timeline
We will refund all orders up to 10 days after arrival (e.g., if your order arrives on May 2nd, you will have until no later than May 12th to request a refund). After this period, Besuited Aroma will no longer honor our full money-back guarantee.
Return/Exchange
Besuited Aroma WILL NOT require you to return products that have been refunded. You may keep the products and do as you wish. If you decide to return your order, Besuited Aroma is NOT responsible for the shipping costs of the return. If you choose to return your order, you will return it to the address below:
