On The Beach.
One of Louis Vuitton‘s more unique fresh fragrances.
Louis Vuitton On the Beach was released in 2021. It is based on aromatics, spices, and citruses. It lasts eight hours on the skin with moderate to light projection.
In this review, I will describe its smell and performance and if it’s worth it.

What Does Louis Vuitton On The Beach Smell Like?
The opening starts with equal parts: Yuzu, Neroli, and aromatics. Yuzu has a very bright and juicy opening. Though it is memorable, it is short-lived.
The overarching emphasis in the first few minutes is sharp and herbal spice. Much of the aromatics sit underneath and solely lend their herbal nature. I can’t specifically tell which notes they are at first.
Within a few minutes, rosemary and hints of thyme become prominent. It’s these that donate the heavy aromatics in the opening.
The mid is simple. A woody Cypress sneaks its way in and amplifies the aromatic nature. A large portion of the wear is herbal, spicy, and woody.
The dry down adds a gritty sand accord, which you’ll get for the rest of the wear.

On The Beach Performance
On The Beach lasts eight hours on the skin with moderate to light projection.
The first three to four hours, it pushes out two feet; after this period, it is a skin scent for the rest of the wear. The sillage isn’t much better; the more you move around, this doesn’t project any better.
This performance is with five sprays.
This is exclusively summer wear. As for occasions, it is casual wear. This lack of versatility is a major aspect to consider before buying. This is one of the least versatile of all the Louis Vuitton fragrances.
The mass appeal and likability are above average. There are no decisive notes in the fragrance.
On top of this, it is a high-quality blend of citruses, and who doesn’t like the smell of authentic citruses? The uniqueness is slightly above average.
It is a unique citrus fragrance but still a citrus fragrance; nothing groundbreaking about this scent.
Is On The Beach Worth It?
No. Yes, it is quality and has a unique twist on citrus. However, there are numerous other Louis Vuitton fragrances for the same price, with quality citruses, and more versatile.
If you try Louis Vuitton On the Beach, I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
