What Does Amouage Reflection Man Smell Like?
The moment I spray this on, I’m consumed in an intensely herbal, spicy, and floral blend.
It is a clash of notes. They all oppose each other. Yet somehow organized into a bright blend. The sharper aspect of the opening is from the herbal greens and spices.
At the same time, the more prominent florals focus on jasmine and powdery iris. Is the first ten minutes decisive? Yes. Yet, only because it is unique and unexpected.
After this period, the sharpness fades. The floral neroli fills its void. It is amplifying the white floral nature. The powdery iris is still present. Yet, it becomes the “second place” floral.
Usually, neroli would have a citric nature, but here, it is all about the floralness and layer of depth.
The top notes are carried into the base, blending with equal parts creamy sandalwood and tonka bean. From here on out, the scent is pure joy.
The rest of the wear is fresh florals and a woody depth.
