Blue Seduction.
An affordable, attractive fragrance.
Antonio Banderas Blue Seduction was released in 2007. It is based on aromatics, fruits, and aquatic accords. It lasts four hours on the skin with intimate projection. In this review, I will describe its smell and performance and if it’s worth it.

What Does Antonio Banderas Blue Seduction Smell Like?
The opening is melon-forward. It is warm, sweet and fruity. It is paired with a bright and citric bergamot and greener accents. This greenness is from touches of fresh mint. The opening is busy but breaks down to dominant melon and fresher accents.
As the scent develops, the melon slowly transitions out. At the same time, hints of cardamom and mint linger in the background, giving a fresh spice. Subtle woody notes make their way in, becoming more prominent as the wear continues.
The dry-down has a hefty dose of fresh ocean accords that sit atop the woody base and mix with the remaining spice nuances. This is what you’ll smell for the rest of the wear.

Performance
Blue Seduction lasts four hours on the skin with intimate projection. It pushes out a foot for the first hour. After this period, it becomes a skin scent. The sillage doesn’t fair any better. You can do jumping jacks, and this won’t project any better. This performance is with five sprays.
This is exclusively spring and summer wear for casual occasions. It lacks versatility, but for this price point, you can’t complain. The mass appeal and likability are above average. This has a great opening that grabs attention. The freshness remains just as charming for the rest of the wear.
Lastly, the uniqueness is average to slightly below average. It has a cappuccino note in the scent tree but can’t be smelt. Other than this, it is nothing ground-breaking. It is a simple, fresh, fruity, and aquatic fragrance.
Final Words
Blue Seduction is a dupe of Versace Man Eau Fraiche. They are similar fragrances, but Blue Seduction is sweeter and fruitier. Check out my full review of Man Eau Fraiche here.
The final burning question is, is Blue Seduction Antonio Banderas worth it? Yes. A 200mL bottle ONLY costs $19. There’s nothing else I can say; this is a steal.
After you try Blue Seduction Antonio Banderas, I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
