Calvin Klein Euphoria Men was released in 2006. It is based on spices, aromatics, and wood. It lasts three to four hours on the skin with intimate projection. In this review, I will describe its smell and performance and if it’s worth it.

What Does Calvin Klein Euphoria Men Smell Like?

Spices undoubtedly lead the opening. Ginger is the most prominent, with a “punchier” black pepper in the background. You’ll know I love ginger if you’ve read many of my articles. Thus, this opening really drew me in.

The mid adds an amber base with an herbal basil spice and wood. The punch of black pepper fades, letting the spices shift to ginger and herbal spices with amber and fresh cedar in the background.

The dry down simplifies. The spices fade but leave their fresh, aromatic/herbal nature that pairs with a hefty dose of wood and amber. This is what you’ll smell for the rest of the wear.

Performance

Euphoria Men lasts three to four hours on the skin with intimate projection. The first half an hour pushes out a few inches. After this period, it recedes to a soft ambiance. The sillage is not any better. When someone hugs you, they’ll smell it, but that’s about it. This performance is with five sprays.

This is spring, summer, and fall wear. It is great for all occasions. It is an intimate and never overwhelming date scent but also lowkey enough to work well in casual situations.

The mass appeal and likability are above average. This is a very enjoyable fragrance, but unfortunately, it’s so light that it’s difficult to smell. The uniqueness is average. It is an enjoyable scent, but there’s nothing groundbreaking about it.

Final Words

The final burning question is, is Calvin Klein Euphoria Men worth it? For the right price. When only considering the smell, hand over your credit card and take two. However, considering the performance, it is a lesser deal.

I can only speak for myself, but I dislike nothing more than a scent that doesn’t last. If you can get a 100mL bottle for under $30, it’s worth it.
