Legend EDP.
It’s an updated and better version of the original Legend.
Mont Blanc Legend EDP was released in 2020. It is based on woods, fresh accords, and citruses. It lasts eight to nine hours on the skin with moderate projection. This review will describe its smell and performance and if it’s worth it.

What Does Mont Blanc Legend EDP Smell Like?
Violet leaf is the focus of the opening. It is paired with equal parts citric bergamot and a leathery depth. The overarching emphasis is fresh and green. After a few minutes, a more prevalent green note of oakmoss from the base comes through. It remains clean and sits in the background with leather.
Bergamot fades in the mid; I catch wafts of floral jasmine in the background. They must have always been there, giving the fragrance cleanliness. However, the intensity of the opening masked them. Violet leaf is still at the forefront with woods, moss, and leather supporting.
The dry-down is drastically simpler. A mossy violet leaf with leather sits atop a wood backbone. This is what you’ll smell for the rest of the wear.

Performance
Legend EDP lasts eight to nine hours with moderate projection. The first couple of hours push out an arm’s length. After this period, it recedes to a mild ambiance for the rest of the wear. The sillage is as good. There is a noticeable scent trail for the first couple of hours while you move around. This performance is with four sprays.
This is all-season wear, but you’ll have to take it lighter on the sprays in the summer. As for occasions, it is all. The mass appeal and likability are above-average. The leather note is slightly decisive, but the rest of the scent profile is so well-balanced it makes for a wearable, masculine, and alluring fragrance.
Lastly, the uniqueness is above-average. The leather note and mossy violet leaf make it stand out.
Final Words
The final burning question is, is Mont Blanc Legend EDP worth it? Yes. On discounters, this is only $40 for a 100mL bottle. When considering everything reviewed earlier, this is a no-brainer.
After you try Mont Blanc Legend EDP, I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
