Legend Night.
Mont Blanc Legend Night was released in 2017. It is based on vanilla, spices, and aromatics. It lasts four hours on the skin with light projection. In this review, I will describe its smell and performance and if it’s worth it.

What Does Mont Blanc Legend Night Smell Like?
The opening starts with citric bergamot on top of candied apple, mint, and vanilla. In the background is a present sage and cardamom duo. It helps amplify the spice nature and gives it a more aromatic character like Eros. This would be another apple and vanilla-based fragrance without the aromatics and spices.
When things settle after the first few minutes, it is sweeter than Eros but smooth and cool with the cardamom and sage spice. There isn’t much of a mid because this fragrance lacks depth in the base.
The citruses fade, and herbal spices take the backseat in the dry down. You’re left with a more floral lavender and violet coming through. There are hints of wood and the same vanilla depth. The vanilla is most prominent in the opening and remains present the entire wear.

Performance
The longevity is in the four range with light projection. The first half an hour is present; it is a skin scent after this period. The sillage is the same story. It leaves a scent trail but doesn’t hang in the air as you move around. This performance is with five sprays.
This is exclusively cold weather wear. Best in fall and winter, if you moderate your sprays, it can be worn in cooler spring temperatures. As the name suggests, this is more of a night scent; it is dark and has the mega-attractive aroma you want when going out. As for occasions, it is best for casual wear and going out.
I just gave it away, but this is a mass-appealing and likable fragrance. It has many similarities to Versace Eros. Thus, this is a great choice if you’re looking for compliments and attention.
Lastly, the uniqueness is below average. I don’t know if Mont Blanc meant to clone Versace Eros (probably did). Yet, it smells similar. On top of this, the aroma is nothing groundbreaking.
Final Words
I won’t compare Versace Eros and Legend Night here; check out my best Versace Eros dupe list if you want a more in-depth breakdown.
The final burning question is, is Mont Blanc Legend Night worth it? No. The title says it all: Legend Night is almost good. I enjoy the scent profile; I find it attractive and never overpowering. However, the performance is below average, costing $50 for discounters.
Eros is $60 – $70. Yes, it is more expensive, but having the “original” and getting significantly better performance is worth it. In short, buy Eros instead.
