Skulls and Roses Ed Hardy Cologne

Skulls and Roses Ed Hardy Cologne (2023) Full Review

Skulls and Roses.

An Abercrombie & Fitch Fierce dupe.

Skulls and Roses Ed Hardy Cologne was released in 2012. It is based on lavender, citruses, and musk. It lasts six hours on the skin with light projection. In this review, I will describe its smell and performance and if it’s worth it.

What Does Skulls and Roses Ed Hardy Cologne Smell Like?

It’s one of the most linear fragrances I’ve tried. Despite its black bottle, this is a light, clean, and pleasant fragrance. The opening starts with lavender, bergamot, and spicy nuances. All of the accords are light enough to emphasize the fragrance’s freshness.

Within 10 – 15 minutes, Skulls & Roses is entirely developed. There’s a decent dose of musk, amplifying the clean aroma of lavender and bergamot. This is what you’ll smell for the rest of the wear.

Skulls and Roses Ed Hardy Cologne notes:

Performance

The longevity is in the six-hour range with light projection. It pushes out a couple of feet for the first hour. After this period, it recedes to a soft ambiance for the rest of the wear. The sillage is no better. As you move around, this doesn’t project any better. This performance is with five sprays.

This is spring, summer, and fall wear. The cooler the temperature, the heavier you’ll have to spray. As for occasions, it is best for casual wear because it is playful. Yet, because of this playfulness, this could be a great date-night scent for younger guys.

The mass appeal and likability are slightly above average. This fragrance is easy to enjoy because it is simple, with no decisive notes. As for actual compliments, you may get some, but this isn’t a compliment-beast nor loud enough to catch attention.

The uniqueness is below average. It is an Abercrombie & Fitch Fierce clone, after all.

The final burning question is, is Skulls and Roses Cologne worth it? Yes. This fragrance is average in everything it does but is wearable and only $20. This isn’t a must-have, but it’s worth buying if you come across it when you’re out and about.
