Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blanche EDP was released in 2014. It is based on citrus, wood, and vanilla. It lasts five to six hours on the skin.
In this review, I will describe its smell and performance and if it’s worth it.

What Does Allure Homme Edition Blanche EDP Smell Like?
Bright and sharp citruses are the most prevalent in the opening.
Early on, a strong lemon note takes the lead. Followed shortly after by vanilla, providing a creamy sweetness. This is relatively early in the wear, and this duo is virtually the only notes.
At this point, the scent is exceptionally gourmand. I think of it as sorbet, but others sometimes call it a lemon cake aroma. For a decent chunk of the mid, it’s delicious before leading into the dry down.
Most of the citruses have faded, and woody notes fill the void. The most prominent is creamy sandalwood, bringing vetiver with it. From here, the scent only gets drier. Yet, always retains its freshness.
The dry-down develops early. For the rest of the wear, it is a vanilla and sandalwood duo with light touches of vetiver.

Performance
Allure Homme Edition Blanche EDP lasts six to seven hours on the skin, with moderate to light projection. In the first hours, it pushes out multiple feet.
After this period, it recedes closer to the skin and maintains a light ambiance for the rest of the wear.
The sillage is as light. If you move around, unfortunately, it doesn’t make the scent project better. This performance is with five sprays. I’ve tried more, but it was diminishing returns and eventually got too intense with no additional projection.
This is warm weather wear. Spring, summer, and early fall. The closer you live to the equator, the more versatile this becomes. You’ll get five to six months of wear in a four-season climate.
As for the occasions, it is all. One of the best parts about this fragrance is its wearability.
Lastly, mass appeal and likability are excellent. This is simple, subtle, and quality. This combination makes for a mass-appealing scent that will be experienced but not announced.

The most similar fragrance is the EDT version of this fragrance. They are the same fragrances, but the EDP version (one reviewed here) has a woody depth not found in the EDT version.
Another similar fragrance but not a clone is Xerjoff Uden. They have similar lemon and vanilla accords and versatility. However, Uden is significantly more expensive.
