Neroli Portofino.
The definition of quality simplicity.
Tom Ford Neroli Portofino is based on citruses and white florals. The performance is average, but it’s a summer show-stopper.
In this review, I’ll describe its smell and performance and if it’s worth it.

What Does Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Smell Like?
Lemon and orange blossom lead with a big citrus blast; they are simple yet realistic.
After a few minutes, it starts to smell like a fresh flower. Floral and green aromas add but never overpower the juicy citrus. The floral nature comes from Neroli which has a citrus quality.
The floral and citrus duo dominates for the rest of the wear. They get warmer as the scent matures. Once Neroli fades, so does most of the scent.
I told you it was a simple scent :-).

Neroli Portofino Performance
Neroli Portofino could be a better performer. On the skin, it lasts 6 – 7 hours with light projection. The first couple of hours, it pushes out one to two feet, but after this period, it recedes closer to the skin.
In the spring and summer, this is an absolute show-stopper. But it doesn’t fare well in the cooler months of fall and winter.
This is an all-occasion wear fragrance. The citrus and neroli combination is classy and sophisticated enough to create a confident and classy aroma.
When talking about uniqueness, Neroli Portofino is below average. The Neroli is a very common note, and with citruses, nothing unique is done here. Quality? Yes. But not unique.
Lastly, it’s a compliment star. The aroma is both mass-appealing and very alluring. The vibrance of the scent opens itself up for compliments.
